Independent, uncommissioned website concept

Privacy & cookies

Who publishes this concept?

Gerald Beißmann, Larnhauserweg 4/40, 4060 Leonding, Austria.
Privacy contact: g.beissmann@gmx.at.

This is an independent concept published by Gerald, not the official website of Weimann’s Carpentry. The illustrations are fictional form studies, not executed customer projects.

Hosting and connection data

The public demo is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Connection information, including IP address and requested files, may be processed to deliver and secure the site. The basis for this necessary technical processing is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. International processing may occur. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data-processing and transfer information.

Cookies, browser storage and external resources

The concept’s code does not set cookies or use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. There are no analytics, advertising pixels, social embeds or external font services. Fonts, images and animation libraries are hosted with the site. Ordinary browser caching of these files may occur.

The optional sound is generated locally only after you switch it on. Its on/off setting is kept in memory for the current page and is not saved persistently. No microphone is used.

The local enquiry builder

The form prepares text in your current browser view. It has no submission server, file upload or automatic email delivery. Gerald does not receive the form contents. Closing or reloading the page clears the concept’s working form state; your browser may independently restore form entries according to its settings.

“Copy text” writes the displayed draft to your clipboard only when you select that button. The site does not read your clipboard. Copied text remains subject to your device’s clipboard settings.

“Open email draft” opens your email application with the text addressed to the public business contact info@weimannscarpentry.com. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider and the recipient then handle the message under their own arrangements; this demo does not control that processing.

Contacting the publisher

If you email Gerald directly, he processes your message to respond and, where relevant, prepare a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or handle other correspondence based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). His mailbox is provided by GMX. Correspondence is kept as needed to handle the enquiry, subject to applicable retention duties or legal claims.

Your rights

Where applicable under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Contact Gerald at the address above. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority. This concept does not make automated decisions about you.
